CA Immo signs and extends nearly 4,000 sqm of leases at Munich mixed-use asset AMBIGON

  • Anchor tenants ALDI SÜD and REWE renew, securing long-term full letting
  • Three new office leases signed, totalling around 900 sqm

CA Immo has concluded three new office lease agreements totalling around 900 sqm in its mixed-use property AMBIGON in Munich. At the same time, CA Immo has extended the existing lease agreements with the grocery retailers ALDI SÜD (approx. 1,560 sqm) and REWE (approx. 1,600 sqm). As a result, AMBIGON is now fully let on a long-term basis.

Located in the well-established Munich district of Nymphenburg, AMBIGON benefits from excellent transport connectivity. The nearby Laim S-Bahn station, along with direct access to Munich’s public transport network and major road infrastructure, ensures excellent connections for both commuters and visitors.

AMBIGON offers a total lettable area of approximately 15,400 sqm and combines modern office and retail space with a comprehensive medical offering. In addition to office and retail tenants, the building accomodates the medical care centre “Ärztehaus Nymphenburg”, further strengthening the property’s role as a key hub for the surrounding district.

The property was completed in 2011 and holds DGNB Gold certification.
