CA Immo has concluded three new office lease agreements totalling around 900 sqm in its mixed-use property AMBIGON in Munich. At the same time, CA Immo has extended the existing lease agreements with the grocery retailers ALDI SÜD (approx. 1,560 sqm) and REWE (approx. 1,600 sqm). As a result, AMBIGON is now fully let on a long-term basis.

Located in the well-established Munich district of Nymphenburg, AMBIGON benefits from excellent transport connectivity.
