CA Immo has successfully sold the RheinTriadem multi-storey car park at a significant premium to the book value. The buyer of the property is the Contipark Group, which has been successfully operating the car park as a tenant under a sublease agreement with DB BahnPark since July 2023. The closing of the purchase agreement took place on 01.03.2025.

"The successful sale of the RheinTriadem multi-storey car park above book value is in line with our strategy of focusing our portfolio on high-quality Class A office properties in cen-tral locations in our core markets," explains Hedwig Höfler, Group Head of Investment Management at CA Immo. "We are reinvesting the proceeds from sales like this in new of-fice developments, such as the recently launched Anna Lindh Haus at Berlin Central Station. This enables us to generate organic growth and strengthen our position in the premium of-fice property segment."

With this sale, CA Immo is once again underlining its strategic focus on first-class office properties and the continuous optimisation of its portfolio.
The sellers were advised by Cushman & Wakefield and McDermott from Frankfurt.
