CA Immo has completed the outsourcing of its property management in Germany and transferred the services to the IC Property Management GmbH with effect from 1 October 2025. Until now, property management was provided in-house by the subsidiary DRG Immobilien, in which CA Immo held a non-controlling 49% stake. As part of the restructuring, all DRG employees who were previously responsible for CA Immo's property management are transferring to IC Property Management GmbH.

By outsourcing, CA Immo is ending another non-value-adding joint venture and focusing even more strongly on its core business. At the same time, the new structure ensures more efficient processes, greater transparency and sustainable optimisation of profitability. Tenants will benefit from proven processes and a first-class service portfolio provided by IC Property Management, one of Germany's leading providers of large-volume office properties.

With this measure, CA Immo is successfully completing the company-wide outsourcing of property management. In the CA Immo markets of Austria and CEE, property management was already outsourced in 2022.
