CA Immo Munich under new management

Norbert Stangelmayer is to assume management of the CA Immo branch office in Munich

On 1 March 2019, Norbert Stangelmayer (40) was confirmed as the new Head of Asset Management in Munich, and will also head the Munich Regional Office. In this role, he is responsible for all of CA Immo’s asset management and property management activities at that location, including tenant assistance and tenant relationships. Stangelmayer has succeeded Tobias Jauch (53), who had successfully managed the office since 2014. Jauch is leaving the company of his own volition in order to take on new professional challenges.

Michael J. Morgan, Managing Director of CA Immo Deutschland GmbH and Head of Real Estate Business Operations in Germany: “We would like to thank Tobias Jauch for his excellent work and regret that we are losing a fabulous mind with his departure – and not only where Munich’s real estate market is concerned. At the same time, however, with Norbert Stangelmayer we are gaining an Asset and Investment Manager who has a great deal of experience and an excellent network. We are convinced that Norbert Stangelmayer will continue the successful work at our office in Munich and will also expand our portfolio optimally. With his international expertise, Norbert Stangelmayer is also a welcome addition to the entire CA Immo Group.”

Norbert Stangelmayer began his professional career with the real estate service provider CBRE, with posts in Madrid, Paris and Warsaw. In 2005, Stangelmayer went to work for LaSalle Investment Management, where he took on responsibilities in various positions in both Acquisitions and in Asset Management. Most recently, Norbert Stangelmayer acted as Fund and Key Account Manager and was responsible for development and investments for two international funds. Norbert Stangelmayer has a business degree from the European Business School (EBS). Furthermore, in the year 2005, he became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
