CA Immo appointed Matthew Lunt as new Head of Asset Management Austria and CEE
Matthew Lunt joined CA Immo as Head of Asset Management Austria & CEE on July 6, 2020, taking over responsibility for all asset management activities in the respective countries, including leasing, tenant relations, and comprehensive management of the investment portfolio. Working with a dedicated team across the region, he will be responsible for managing a high quality portfolio totaling around € 2.6 bn of assets.
According to Keegan Viscius, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of CA Immo: "Matt Lunt is a highly experienced real estate professional, with a more than 25 year track record working for some of the most important real estate companies active in the CEE markets. Accounting for nearly 60% of our total investment portfolio, AT&CEE are important markets for CA Immo. Matt Lunt has more than 25 years experience in the CEE real estate markets, with a primary focus on asset management. Most recently he worked for Tristan Capital Partners, a London-headquartered real estate investment manager focused on Europe with over € 10 bn of assets under management. As Executive Director Matt was responsible for all asset management activities across the CEE and Nordic markets, as well as new deal sourcing across CEE. Before joining Tristan Capital Partners, he was Senior Vice President at Heitman European Private Equity, responsible for portfolio management mainly in the CEE region. Mr. Lunt was born in the UK and has lived with his family in Warsaw.
