CA Immo leases last office space in Frankfurt’s ONE high-rise – building now fully let
- Full occupancy achieved for the 190-metre-high ONE office and hotel high-rise
- New long-term leases signed for approx. 1,630 sqm
- Location at the interface of the Frankfurt banking district, Europaviertel and trade fair sustainably established
CA Immo has let the last vacant office space in the ONE office and hotel high-rise in Frankfurt on a long-term basis, thereby achieving full occupancy of the building. The new tenants are kallan Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, which is leasing around 800 sqm of office space, and TMF Deutschland AG, which is taking around 830 sqm.

The 190-metre-high, mixed-use high-rise comprises a total of around 68,000 sqm of lettable space. In addition to modern office space, ONE houses a 4-star superior hotel of the nhow brand, a co-working facility and public amenities such as the Skybar, which is unique in Frankfurt, and a café in the lobby.
ONE is considered a best-in-class office building in terms of architecture, technology and sustainability. The building has been awarded the Platinum Certificate by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) for its sustainability, as well as the DGNB Diamond Award for outstanding architectural and urban design quality. In addition, ONE was the first high-rise building in Central Europe to receive both the SmartScore and WiredScore platinum certificates.
NAI apollo acted as broker for the deal with kallan, while Colliers acted as broker for the lease to TMF Deutschland AG.
