Berlin/Vienna, 9 June 2026 – CA Immo is launching the marketing of the Jean Monnet Tower in Berlin. The 17-storey office tower is situated in the heart of the CBD around Berlin Central Station – one of Germany’s most dynamic and sought-after office locations. The tower was designed by Barkow Leibinger Architects and completed by CA Immo in 2012. For many years, the building served as the exclusive headquarters of TotalEnergies and was primarily known as the “Tour Total”. With the new lease, the skyscraper is now taking on a new identity as the Jean-Monnet Tower.

In recent years, Europacity has developed into one of Germany’s most important business districts. Companies such as Adobe, Airbus, IBM, Oracle, SAP, PwC, White & Case, Deutsche Bahn, KPMG and 50Hertz have established themselves in the immediate vicinity. As part of the repositioning, CA Immo is investing not only in the further development of the building itself, but also specifically in the quality of the surrounding urban space. The building was developed by CA Immo as a green building and has been awarded DGNB Gold certification. Features include, amongst others, heated and cooled ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, three-metre-high ceilings, raised floors, LED technology and smart metering. The offering is complemented by a mobility hub with 200 underground parking spaces, 90 bicycle parking spaces and charging infrastructure for cars and bicycles.
