Berlin/Vienna, 9 June 2026 – CA Immo is launching the marketing of the Jean Monnet Tower in Berlin. The 17-storey office tower is situated in the heart of the CBD around Berlin Central Station – one of Germany’s most dynamic and sought-after office locations. With its striking architecture, flexible floor plans, sustainable building quality and a unique location between the government district, the River Spree and the MuseumsMeileMitte, the Jean Monnet Tower offers companies one of the capital’s most attractive office addresses. Together with international companies, political institutions, academia and cultural organisations, this environment forms a unique ecosystem that fosters synergies and networking. Rental space is available from mid-2027.

The Jean Monnet Tower comprises a total of approximately 14,875 sqm of lettable space and offers an exceptionally flexible usage concept. Companies can utilise individual half-floors of around 450 sqm, complete floors of around 940 sqm or several contiguous floors, right up to leasing the entire building. This flexibility creates ideal conditions for international corporate headquarters as well as for medium-sized companies and growing organisations.

Carsten Bachmann, Head of Asset Management at CA Immo Germany: “The Jean-Monnet Tower combines exceptional building quality with one of Germany’s strongest office locations. The CBD Mitte area around Berlin Central Station has established itself in recent years as the preferred location for numerous international companies. Particularly appealing is the unique ecosystem comprising business, politics, academia and culture, which offers companies access to strong networks, talent and new impetus.”

The tower was designed by Barkow Leibinger Architects and completed by CA Immo in 2012. For many years, the building served as the exclusive headquarters of TotalEnergies and was primarily known as the “Tour Total”. With the new lease, the skyscraper is now taking on a new identity as the Jean-Monnet Tower.

In recent years, Europacity has developed into one of Germany’s most important business districts. Companies such as Adobe, Airbus, IBM, Oracle, SAP, PwC, White & Case, Deutsche Bahn, KPMG and 50Hertz have established themselves in the immediate vicinity. Added to this are the direct link to Berlin Central Station, the proximity to the government district, and an exceptional cultural environment featuring the MuseumsMeileMitte, the Hamburger Bahnhof, the Futurium and the Museum of Natural History.

As one of Berlin’s few high-rise buildings, the Jean-Monnet Tower also offers exceptional views across the city. The striking façade by Barkow Leibinger makes the building a landmark visible from afar within Europacity and gives it an unmistakable presence in Berlin’s cityscape.

As part of the repositioning, CA Immo is investing not only in the further development of the building itself, but also specifically in the quality of the surrounding urban space. In doing so, CA Immo will extensively green the surrounding street spaces and create new seating and leisure areas. The aim is to sustainably enhance the quality of life in the immediate vicinity of the Jean Monnet Tower and to create a vibrant urban space for tenants, visitors and neighbours.

The building was developed by CA Immo as a green building and has been awarded DGNB Gold certification. Features include, amongst others, heated and cooled ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, three-metre-high ceilings, raised floors, LED technology and smart metering. The offering is complemented by a mobility hub with 200 underground parking spaces, 90 bicycle parking spaces and charging infrastructure for cars and bicycles.

With the Jean-Monnet Tower, CA Immo is positioning one of Berlin’s most striking office buildings for the next generation of users – in an area that is increasingly establishing itself as the capital’s economic, political and cultural centre.
