CA Immo extends lease agreement with auxmoney in Düsseldorf office building

Frankfurt/Vienna, 16.04.2025 -- CA Immo has extended the existing lease agreement with auxmoney GmbH - one of Germany's leading fintech companies - in the Kasernenstrasse 67 office building in Düsseldorf. The new lease begins on June 1, 2026 and comprises around 3,800 sqm of office space in the centrally located Class A building with a total of approx. 10,400 sqm of rentable space.

CA Immo will develop the building, which has been used as a single-tenant property to date, into a modern multi-tenant property from summer 2026. As part of this, the high-quality communal areas, including the reception and lobby, will be redesigned and upgraded. A particular highlight will be the four roof terraces available to tenants - two of them for exclusive use and two others for communal use.

The property has been owned by CA Immo since 2022 and has been DGNB Gold certified since 2024.
