CA Immo concludes new leases for around 3,400 sqm in the CIELO office building in Düsseldorf

Successful start to the restructuring from a single-tenant to a multi-tenant building

 

CA Immo has signed three new leases totalling around 3,400 sqm of office space in its CIELO office building at Kasernenstraße 67 in Düsseldorf. With these leases, CA Immo has reached an important milestone in the strategic redevelopment of the approximately 10,600 sqm building, which was previously used as a single-tenant property and will be restructured into a modern multi-tenant building from the end of June 2026. The leases signed confirm the successful strategic realignment of the property.

The fact that we were able to attract several tenants to CIELO even before construction work began also demonstrates the high attractiveness of the location, the quality of the building and the strong demand for flexible and modern office space in Düsseldorf's CBD."

The new tenants are Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH Unternehmensberatung with around 260 sqm, NRW.Global Business GmbH with approx. 1,310 sqm and TechHub.K67 gGmbH with around 1,850 sqm of rental space. Cushman & Wakefield acted as advisor to CA Immo in the conclusion of the lease agreements. Anteon advised Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner and NRW Global Business. 

The Class A building, with a total of around 10,600 sqm of lettable space, is particularly impressive due to its exceptionally large roof terraces, which are unusual for this location and from which the building's name CIELO (Italian for sky) is derived. Two of the roof terraces can be used jointly by all tenants, while two others belong exclusively to one rental unit each. 

As part of the restructuring of the building, the communal areas such as the reception and lobby will be redesigned and upgraded. CIELO was extensively modernised in 2020 and certified DGNB Gold in 2024. The building offers variable floor plans and enables individual solutions for different office concepts. The modern architecture and high-quality fittings create an identity-building working environment for discerning users.

The location at Kasernenstraße 67 is characterised by its close proximity to Königsallee ("Kö") with its numerous shopping and dining options. In addition, the property has excellent public transport connections. The nearby Rhine and surrounding green spaces offer additional recreational opportunities in an urban environment.
