CA Immo concludes long-term leases for around 3,160 sqm of office space in Cologne

CA Immo has concluded or extended several long-term leases totalling around 3,160 sqm for its office building at Johannisstraße 60–64 in Cologne. Consequently, the building is once again fully let on a long-term basis.

The new tenant in the building is the law firm Dr. Roos & Schmitz-Gagnon, with a rental area of around 440 sqm. Existing tenant Arcadis extended its current space and at the same time expanded it by around 430 sqm to a current rental area of around 1,300 sqm. Bähr Ingenieure has also extended its lease on a long-term basis and at the same time expanded its leased space by around 230 sqm to a total of around 1,000 sqm. The tenant SOCOTEC Ingenieure has also increased its leased space by around 200 sqm to around 440 sqm.

 

The building at Johannisstraße 60–64 is located in Cologne's central Kunibertsviertel district, just a few minutes' walk from the main railway station. It consists of two interconnected building sections and offers an efficient and flexible floor plan with a total of around 5,400 sqm of rental space.

 

JLL acted as advisor to the tenant in the new lease to Rechtsanwälte Dr. Roos & Schmitz-Gagnon. Colliers advised the landlord.
