CA Immo concludes lease agreements for a total of around 2,100 square metres in Düsseldorf's Belsenpark

Over the past few months, CA Immo has signed several long-term leases totalling around 2,100 square metres of office space in the two sister buildings Belmundo and LaVista in Düsseldorf's Oberkassel district. This means that both buildings are now fully let on a long-term basis.

The new tenants include Ahrend GmbH (363 sqm), Magellan GmbH (334 sqm), iBan First SA (334 sqm), Cushman & Wakefield (363 sqm), Coneon GmbH (342 sqm) and Four Recruit GmbH (352 sqm).

The modern office buildings Belmundo (around 10,300 sqm) and LaVista (around 4,100 sqm), developed by CA Immo, were constructed as part of the Belsenpark district development and form the urban entrance to the district at Belsenplatz. With their restaurants and retail spaces on the ground floor, they create a lively, urban centre in the popular Oberkassel district.

Thanks to their central location on Belsenplatz, the buildings have excellent public transport connections – with direct access to underground and tram lines – and are easily accessible by private transport.

Matthias Winkelhardt, Head of CA Immo Frankfurt, who is also responsible for the Düsseldorf location, said: "The successful full letting of our two Oberkassel office buildings, Belmundo and LaVista, shows once again that high-quality space in well-connected locations is in demand even in a challenging market environment. With their location on Belsenplatz, their architectural quality and their urban mix of uses, both buildings offer an exceptional combination of location advantages and high quality of life."

CBRE, Savills, Anteon, Cushman & Wakefield and Avison Young acted as brokers in the lease agreements, while Colliers advised the owners.
