CA Immo concludes five further rental agreements in the Frankfurt office and hotel tower ONE
Frankfurt, 21.01.2025 - CA Immo has signed five new leases for a total of around 2,250 sqm of rental space in the ONE office and hotel tower in Frankfurt. The new tenants are Corporater GmbH (approx. 400 m²), Pareto Securities AS (approx. 800 m²), MET Germany GmbH (approx. 400 m²), BeauTech Power Systems Europe GmbH (approx. 330 m²) and Thomson Reuters Germany GmbH (approx. 330 m²). With the conclusion of the rental agreements, the building, which comprises a total of around 68,000 m² of lettable space, is almost fully let.

The ONE is recognised as a best-in-class office building in terms of architecture, technology and sustainability. Accordingly, it has already received three Platinum certifications and a Diamond award: For its sustainability, the ONE has received the Platinum Certificate from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and also the Diamond Award from the DGNB for its outstanding architecture and urban integration. The building was also the first high-rise in Central Europe to be awarded the SmartScore certificate and the WiredScore certificate, both in platinum.
In addition to office space, the 190 metre high, mixed-use high-rise also houses a 4-star superior hotel under the nhow brand, a coworking facility and attractive public uses, such as the Skybar, which is unique in Frankfurt, and a café in the lobby
The new leases were brokered by the estate agents Colliers Deutschland, Cushman & Wakefield, Black Olive and JLL.
