CA Immo completes the sale of Sienna office building in Warsaw
- CA Immo has sold the 20,000 sqm office building Sienna Center in Warsaw
- Continuation of the strategic capital rotation programme to focus the investment portfolio on high-quality, modern office properties in the companyʼs core markets
The multi-tenant building completed in 1998 is located in the centre of Warsaw. It offers a gross leasable area of approximately 20,000 sqm and around 210 parking spaces. As of February 2026, occupancy was about 96% with a WAULT of 4.0 years to end and an annualised in place GRI of €3.98m.
Keegan Viscius, CEO of CA Immo: “The successful sale of Sienna Center is a further step in the implementation of our strategic capital rotation programme. With this sale, we free up capital for alternative allocation options, and monetise future profits where only limited further value creation exists under our business model. The proceeds from sale may be used in a number of ways, including general corporate purposes, accretive investment in our prime portfolio, repayment of debt, buyback of shares, and external investment should attractive opportunities arise.”
The sale is in line with CA Immoʼs long-term investment strategy, pursuing a clear focus on large, high-quality Class A office properties in prime inner-city locations. As part of this strategy, CA Immo is selling properties that do not correspond to the core business in terms of asset class, location, building quality, age, or value creation potential, continuously optimising the quality and sustainability of the property portfolio.
Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and CBRE advised CA Immo on the sale.
