CA Immo achieves 100% occupancy at Prague office property Danube House

  • Long-term lease totalling approx. 14,500 sqm with global data management leader, Everpure, results in full occupancy even before the renovation project is completed
  • Refurbishment works at Danube House on time and on budget, with tenant occupation expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026
  • Riverside Karlín solidifies position as prime central submarket able to attract broad occupational demand and achieve top market rents

CA Immo has achieved full occupancy of the newly refurbished Danube House office building in Riverside Karlín, Prague, following the signing of a lease agreement with Everpure for approximately 14,500 sqm of office space. Completion of the major refurbishment project is expected in Q2 2026. 

Everpure will join a roster of prime international blue-chip tenants at Danube House. The early full leasing represents strong market validation of the repositioning strategy for Danube House and confirms the continued demand for premium, design-driven office environments in Prague’s most established business locations.

The comprehensive refurbishment of Danube House is progressing, with completion planned for Q2 2026. Once finalised, the building will offer approximately 22,500 sqm of modern, sustainable office space combining high design standards, advanced technologies and strong ESG performance.

Highlights of the New Danube House include:

  • Facade Replacement: A new terracotta façade designed by Bogle Architects will enhance the building’s shape and accessibility while maintaining its iconic visibility.
  • Atrium and Common Areas Activation: The atrium will be transformed into the living heart of the building with floating platforms, lounges, suspended meeting rooms with river views, and a large winter garden, gym, and healthy food bistro
  • Sustainability Solutions: Targeting LEED Platinum certification and Energy Performance Certificate B, with renewable heating and cooling sources (f.e. heat pumps), advanced waste recycling, and 100% renewable electricity.
  • Technology Upgrades: Smart access control, intelligent lighting, CO₂ monitoring, new elevators, and a dedicated smart app with community features.
  • New Services and Outdoor Spaces: Balconies, winter gardens, roof terraces, art installations, cyclist facilities, and a representative new main entrance with panoramic elevator.
