Dr. Andreas Schillhofer, 47, will take up his post as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG on 1 June. In this role, he will be responsible for Accounting & Tax, Controlling & Risk Management, Financing, Investor Relations as well as the Property Valuation department.

On 8 March 2019, the Supervisory Board of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG appointed Mr. Schillhofer as a member of the Management Board and the new CFO of the company with effect from 1 October 2019 or earlier. Previously he held executive positions with various financial institutions, including Mediobanca, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Greenhill & Co.; in 2016 he moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for listed and large private real estate companies in his capacity as partner and Head of Real Estate Corporate Finance.
