CA Immo is currently planning a new, sustainable office building in a hybrid timber construction at Hallesches Ufer 74-76. Skygreen is located directly on the Landwehr Canal and just a stone's throw away from the equally vibrant and established office location Potsdamer Platz. A future-oriented office building is being created here that harmonises work, interaction and sustainability.

The light-flooded atrium forms the heart of the building – a public meeting place where paths cross, conversations arise and community grows. Together with the CA Immo Grasblau building, a campus with numerous amenities and services is being created around the connecting plaza. Be it a café, a restaurant or fitness facilities.

Architecture & concept

Skygreen is being constructed using modern hybrid timber construction methods, thus representing a sustainable and healthy working environment. The flexible room concepts can be individually designed – from classic cell structures to open spaces.

The building offers spacious lounge areas on all levels:

• Green decks on the 2nd and 4th floors with direct access to the terrace
• Spacious roof terrace for joint use
• Catering facilities in the green atrium
• Conference and fitness area on the ground floor

Location & accessibility

Located directly on the Landwehr Canal, Skygreen blends harmoniously into the established surroundings between Potsdamer Platz and Tempodrom. The location impresses with its central location and excellent public transport connections. For bicycle commuters, there is a high-quality bicycle garage with showers and changing rooms in the basement. 56 underground parking spaces with e-charging stations also provide excellent accessibility by car. 

Sustainability

Skygreen creates space for inspiration, exchange and well-being. The building will be climate-neutral (net-zero) in operation. The CO₂ footprint over the entire life cycle is expected to be a maximum of 50% of the standard market life cycle values. The fully electrified building ensures efficient and resource-saving building operation. The targeted certifications – DGNB Gold and WiredScore Gold – underline Skygreen's high standards of quality and sustainability.
