Arnulfpark® was designed to be compact, urban and green – and those core ideas have been transferred to the SKYGARDEN in exemplary fashion. The defining features of the building designed by Bothe Richter Teherani (BRT) are its large, emblematic conservatories and its sculpted, space-creating architecture. The inner and outer areas of the structure are linked by large interior courtyards, atriums and balconies that also serve to create an original identity for tenants of the building.

Needless to say, the five conservatories are sunlit, making them welcoming places for meetings and contact. An intelligent climate control concept that utilises sunlight as the most important source of energy cuts the heating requirement of the building by as much as 30 percent, while a full 50 % of the building’s total power requirement is drawn from other renewable sources. The office concept revolves around maximum flexibility; space can be adjusted to the needs of users at any time, even when those needs change. SKYGARDEN’s innovative blend of sustainability, efficiency and style was rewarded with LEED certification in gold.
