Mississippi House and Missouri Park
Mississippi House and Missouri Park, two buildings completed in June 2021, make up the final component in the River City Prague urban district development project. The structures complement the high quality, architecturally outstanding office buildings of Danube House, Nile House and Amazon Court in the heart of Prague’s central Prague 8 on the banks of the River Vltava.
Over recent years, the district has gained a foothold as a popular base for international office tenants in particular. Mississippi House and Missouri Park will offer a total 20,750 sqm of lettable area. Tenants benefit from proximity to the city centre and excellent transport connections as well as the outstanding infrastructure, shops and restaurants of the local vicinity. Other advantages include good links to all city locations and a high quality of life based on a riverside location by the Vltava. The construction has been started in 2019.
