Langes Land
CA Immo has developed the new "Langes Land" residential quarter in the north of Munich in the district of Feldmoching-Hasenbergl in close cooperation with the City of Munich, with a total of around 950 flats for around 2,000 residents. A lively neighbourhood with complementary social uses and high-quality open spaces is to be created on the approximately 90-hectare site, which was formerly used primarily for industrial purposes or wasteland.
The creation of building rights for "Langes Land" was completed in 2022. The basis for the development plan procedure was an urban planning and landscape planning competition held by CA Immo in cooperation with the City of Munich in 2016.
CA Immo sold the property with building rights to the Empira Group in December 2022. Empira also assumes all of CA Immo’s obligations under the urban-planning contract. The sale was signed on 22 December 2022, and the transaction is expected to close at the end of the first quarter of 2023.
