The Management Board of CA Immo consists of the CEO Keegan Viscius and CFO Andreas Schillhofer.

Irrespective of the division of authority, each member of the Management Board shares responsibility for the overall running of the company’s business affairs. The entire Management Board is responsible for realising the objectives of company policy and to this end bears general managerial responsibility at both company and Group level. These objectives are based on a wide-ranging corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy that takes account of economic, environmental and social aspects and defines exemplary corporate governance (compliance).
