Climate & Energy
We want to reduce the energy consumption and CO2 footprint in the construction and operation of our buildings and promote climate and environmentally friendly behaviour within our sphere of influence.
Targets & Principles
- Reduction of the average Scope 1+2 CO2 emission intensity of the investment portfolio by 50% by 2030 (base year 2019)
- Monitoring and mitigation of physical climate risks

Sustainability certifications as a proxy for building quality
In order to provide transparent and internationally comparable evidence of building quality across the entire portfolio, CA Immo has strategic properties and new development projects certified. In this context, internationally established, holistic sustainability standards such as DGNB, LEED and BREEAM are applied.
