Topping Out Ceremony in April 2021

A milestone in every construction project is the completion of the shell. Already m April 2021, the last concrete was ceremoniously poured on the future roof terrace of the Grasblau.

Sonja Bischoff, Head of CA Immo Berlin and Michael Kötter, Head of Real Estate Development in Berlin, took the topping out ceremony as an opportunity to explain the concept of Grasblau. The team around Project Manager Inga Petersen takes you on a tour of the construction site and through the future building.
