Karolina Bukat
Senior Analyst

What is the daily business as an Analyst in the real estate sector? At what stages is it challenging and how do you deal with it?
As an Analyst, my daily work involves preparing reports, forecasting results, and providing crucial insights that support decision-making at senior levels. The role requires close cooperation with various departments to ensure data is accurate and relevant, especially in today’s challenging market environment. Tight deadlines and high expectations are common. It’s a role that also involves working with large volumes of data, where ensuring data quality and consistency is key. I manage these challenges by staying organized, setting clear priorities, and relying on strong communication within my team — we have great working relationships that really support daily collaboration. I’m used to high-pressure situations and have developed good strategies to stay focused and effective, while also making sure to find ways to unwind and recharge outside of work.
How do you describe your career from the time you started at CA Immo in 2015 until today?
I started my career at CA Immo as a Junior Accountant, which provided me with a solid understanding of our financial systems, accounting processes, and regulatory framework. As I transitioned into the role of Financial Property Manager, I gained valuable experience in the operational side of the business, understanding how these operations impact the financial performance of the company. Over time, I took on more responsibilities, and my role evolved into that of an Analyst.
If I were to summarize my career so far, I would say it has been both exciting and rewarding. It’s a path that requires flexibility, continuous learning, and the ability to analyze and understand diverse sets of data. My role today is dynamic, strategic, and constantly pushing me to grow — and that’s what I value most.
How is your job different from previous jobs? Why did you choose CA Immo as your employer?
Compared to my earlier roles, my current position is much more strategic, requiring a broader understanding of the business and its various functions. I'm involved in cross-departmental and international cooperation, which adds a dynamic and diverse aspect to my work. Additionally, I’m now engaged in projects like system implementation, which significantly expands my responsibilities. Before joining CA Immo, I worked as an accountant in a small family business for three years. I was looking for a more professional and international environment — one that would be more demanding and offer real development opportunities. CA Immo, as a well-established company active in Austria, Germany, and across Central and Eastern Europe, offered exactly that. What convinced me was the chance to grow within a structured organization, take on more complex tasks, and be part of a team where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are valued.
