Mission Statement

Our goal is to use property to create permanent assets that provide sustainable benefits to both shareholders and tenants. The focus of our everyday business, in addition to increasing the value of our properties, is on human requirements and meaningful use of resources. We concentrate on our core business, in which we are among Europe´s top players: the management and development of commercial properties in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe. Our experience acquired over more than 25 years, our international network and the long-term strategic perspectives of CA Immo form the basis for achieving our goals.

Corporate History

Ever since 1987 the Vienna-based property investment company has been steadily building its business and its portfolio. Primarily working only the Austrian market, CA Immo has been investing in Eastern Europe since 1999, where the company joined in project development business two years later. With the acquisition of Europolis Group in 2011 CA Immo now is one of the large investors in Eastern Europe. In parallel with the gradual expansion in Eastern Europe the company continued to build up property assets in Austria and since 2006 in Germany through the acquisition of a portfolio from the state of Hesse and the acquisition of Vivico Real Estate GmbH (now CA Immo Germany GmbH) in 2008. Today the CA Immo Group is positioned as a holder of commercial properties active in Central Europe with major development competence. CA Immo is listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1988. Since April 2007, the CA Immo shares have been traded in the Prime Segment.
