Dr. Bruno Ettenauer - CEO
joined the management team in 2006 and fulfils the function of Chief Executive Officer. Drawing on over 15 years' experience (mostly in the field of property financing), he is responsible for the portfolio in the CEE and SEE region as well as institutional investment products. He is also a sworn real estate appraiser.
Mag. Wolfhard Fromwald - CFO
has been on the Management Board of mother company CA Immo since 1990. He can also point to over 15 years' experience, mainly in the field of property investment. He is responsible for finance and accounting, organisation, investor relations and corporate communications.

Mag. Christian Schitton
joined the CA Immo International management team in September 2006. Prior to this appointment he was head of CEE Real Estate Finance at Bank Austria Creditanstalt, gaining 10 years' experience in the property sector (five of which were spent in eastern Europe).
DI Christian Scherf
Has more than 15 years experience in the fields of construction management and project development in senior executive positions. For the time being, he has focused on international large-scale construction projects with the main emphasis on Eastern Europe.
