CA Immo extends its asset management expertise and has appointed Jens Böhnlein (38) as head of the newly created Office Solutions & Design department. The goal defined for this new area of competence is to analyse the technological and structural market requirements on office buildings and to adapt the international office supply of CA Immo accordingly. Moreover, the aim is to strengthen services provided for tenants in respect of need-oriented interior design concepts, mainly within the context of project developments.

Jens Böhnlein has extensive know-how and several years of experience in advising multi-national and multi-disciplinary investors and tenants on real estate development and planning." 

Formerly, Jens Böhnlein was Chair of Project Management & Consultancy for Northern Europe at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), where he was responsible for all operational and strategic processes of the department. 

Before joining C&W he held several positions at JLL, DTZ and E&Y. Jens Böhnlein studied architecture at the universities of Stuttgart and Delft and has a degree as Dipl.-Ingenieur.
