The real estate company CA Immo was able to extend the existing lease for an object in Kirchstrasse 6-12. Tenant is the State of Berlin. They rent an area of 29 750 m², housing three units of the Berlin Justice, including the administrative court in Berlin. The current lease, which ran until 2014, has now been rolled over for another 10 years and will expire in 2024.
