§ 13 Obligation to maintain confidentiality

 

Members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board and other persons involved in proceedings are under a strict obligation not to disclose to outside parties details of the proceedings of the Supervisory Board as well as matters relating to the company and its subsidiaries coming to their knowledge in their capacity as members of these corporate bodies. The obligation to maintain confidentiality continues to apply after such persons step down from the Supervisory Board.
