§ 10 Declarations of intent

Declarations of intent by the Supervisory Board are made on its behalf by the chairperson, or by their deputy where the chairperson is unable to do so or thus decrees. The chairperson (or deputy acting on their behalf) also conducts correspondence in all matters involving the Supervisory Board and its committees. At the end of a term of office, documents must be made available to the successor.
