Directors' Holdings

According to § 48 Stock Exchange Act, purchases and sales by members of the Managing and Supervisory Board are reported on the website of the Financial Market Authority under "Directors' Dealings". As at 31.12.2011, a total of 49,000 shares in CA Immo is privately owned by the Management Board and Supervisory Board members. In addition, 45,692 shares (2010: 41,819 shares) were held by CA Immo employees as at 31.12.2011 in respect of the LTI programme. As at the key date, the company itself did not hold any own shares.
