Acquisition of Vivico Group in Germany is legally effective

With regard to the acquisition of the Vivico Group in Germany (which comprises Vivico Real Estate GmbH and its subsidiaries), the parties representing the public interest in the Austrian merger control proceedings have waived their investigation right and the assent of the Federal Republic of Germany has been granted in accordance with Article 65 of the Federal Budget Regulations. As a result of the fulfilment of these conditions precedent, the acquisition of the Vivico Group by the CA Immo Group becomes legally effective.
